Many individuals in underserved communities:

Lack language to understand trauma
Normalize emotional neglect
Do not seek help due to stigma

👉 This leads to cycles of dysfunction, untreated mental health issues, and unstable family systems

Short-Term (0–6 months):

Increased awareness of trauma (pre/post surveys)
Increased willingness to seek support
Increased emotional vocabulary

Long-Term (1–3 years):

Improved mental health engagement
Stronger family communication
Reduced stigma in target communities
